What is collected

The beta access form records your email address, the date you registered, and the consent statement shown when you registered. AgentGraphs also stores the display name and project content that participants choose to enter in the collaborative workspace.

How it is used

Your email is used to provide beta and paper-toolkit access, communicate material changes to the beta, and notify you when AgentGraphs moves beyond beta. Project information is used to provide the collaborative design workspace.

What is not done

AgentGraphs does not sell contact information. Please do not place regulated, confidential, health, or other sensitive personal information in beta projects.

Storage and service providers

Information is stored with the infrastructure used to operate AgentGraphs and may be processed by an email-delivery provider when communications are sent. Access is limited to operating and improving the beta.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from communications or ask to access, correct, or delete your registration information by emailing matt.ratto@utoronto.ca. Every general beta or launch message will include an unsubscribe option.
